Aicent MMS Online Routes Management Tool

Aicent is pleased to announce the availability of a new MMS Routes Management Tool. This intuitive tool will significantly improve the end-to-end process and user experience for MMS route election, acceptance and administration.

Specifically the MMS Routes Management Tool includes the following features:

  • Online Routes Election and Acceptance/Rejection
  • Comprehensive online reporting on IO-MMS Routes
  • Priority management on Routes Election (High, Normal)
  • Interactive communication between Mobile Operator and Participating MNO (Comments, Reminder)
  • Automatic reminder every two weeks of the non-answered requests (for a period of two months)
  • Requests older than two months without response will be cancelled with automatic notifications to the involved parties (expiration date)

In parallel to the launch of 'MMS Routes Management Tool', all pending requests, older than 3 months, will be set to "expired” and can be re-entered through the tool.

DEPLOYMENT

The launch is scheduled on April 21, 2009. Your login and password remain unchanged and access to the tool is intuitively deduced from your profile.
